In order to get set up for our dispatch services, please complete Application form below. Once received we will set you up in our system and schedule your truck for dispatch!

I authorize to Truckloader Logistics Services to act as my dispatcher to booking loads, processing all related paperwork, and “Rate Cons”

I will pay agreed rate per load (including dedicated lanes) for dispatch service. I am responsible for collection of revenue from customers.

I will hold Truckloader Logistics Services LLC harmless for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for the loss of profits.
