What is the cost of your dispatch services?

Please apply or send an email to carrier@truckloaderlogistics.com to get your rate for Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Box trucks, Hotshots, Auto Hauler.

All rates include dedicated lanes.

Who negotiates the rate for the load?

We will negotiate the rate of the load on your behalf. You will be updated on every step of the negotiation process to ensure you are moving the freight at your requested rate.

If I sign up with you, can I refuse a load?

Yes, you can refuse any load we find for you if you do not want to haul it. However, after accepting a load, please notify us as soon as possible if you decide not to move forward with the load.

Can I work with other dispatchers outside of your organization?

Yes, you are not obligated to work with only our company. Our dispatch contract is non-exclusive. You can cancel at any time or work with others if you choose to do so.

Can I work under your motor carrier authority?

All owner-operators and carriers are required to operate under their own motor carrier authority. We also have lease-on owner operator program where you can work under our MC. Call us at 667-239-1881 for more information.

What type of trucks do you provide dispatch service?

We provide dispatch for all types of trucks and trucking companies.

Do you work with box trucks?

Yes, we work with box trucks, dry vans, reefers, Flatbed, hotshots, car haulers etc.

Do you work with new MC authority less than 30 days?

Yes, we can help you get started and keep your wheels rolling even with MC authority that is less than 30 active days.

How will I know that I will get paid for the load?

We work with reputable shippers and brokers. Before booking a load, we conduct credit checks.

How do carriers get paid?

Only the carrier is authorized to receive payments from shippers or brokers. All loads and rate confirmations are completed under your company name and MC/DOT number. We do not receive the funds on your behalf except when you authorize us to do so.

What do I need to get started?

We need your company’s MC/DOT Letter of Authority, Signed W-9 Form, Certificate of Insurance and our Dispatcher Service  agreement. Click on the link below to get started.
